Those who had read Robert Bruce’s earlier edition of Astral Dynamics will still enjoy this revised guide and may even find it more useful. This is more than a step by step guide. It is meant to be an exploration of a view of reality that goes far beyond the scope of what most of us consider during our average day. The author suggests that humans are capable of moving beyond the confines of our existence in the purely physical realm that many of us see as reality.
That said, this book receives excellent user reviews as a guide OBE experiences. Those wishing to learn more about out of body experiences can learn a lot from this book. His New Energy Ways are described in detail and just that is enough to satisfy some readers. Those looking for a book to help them along their path of discovery could do far worse than checking out this book as a guide toward their own enlightenment on the topic.
